ABOUT
Hi, I’m Kelly — the face behind Kels Beauty Services.
Beauty has been part of my life for over a decade. I first began studying beginner and advanced makeup artistry before discovering a love for Special Effects Makeup. I went on to train at the Australian Cinemagraphic Makeup Academy, where I learned movie-grade techniques including prosthetic creation and building 3D models from scratch - an experience that pushed my creativity and technical skills to the next level.
At the same time, I studied beginner and advanced hair styling, eventually expanding my services into brows and lashes so I could offer a complete beauty experience for my clients.
Like many creatives, COVID shifted my path. I returned to study Communications and transitioned into the corporate world, where I still work today. But beauty has always been the dream and Kels Beauty Services is my way of building that dream back up with even more skill, perspective and intention than before.
My goal? To eventually make this my full-time career again - creating beautiful, confidence-boosting work for every client who sits in my chair.
